1. When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Buyer does not receive the product or service as described/agreed.

  • Seller fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe.

  • Mutual cancellation by both buyer and seller before completion.

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

 

2. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The product or service has been delivered and accepted.

  • The buyer changes their mind after accepting the delivery.

  • The buyer or seller violates our Terms of Service.

  • There is insufficient evidence of a delivery failure or issue.

  • The dispute was not raised within the allowed timeframe (see Section 5).

 

3. Dispute Process

If there is a problem with the transaction, the buyer must:

  1. Open a dispute from their dashboard within the allowed time (see below).

  2. Provide clear evidence (e.g., screenshots, communication, files) of the issue.

  3. Wait while 1deal1.com reviews the case and makes a decision.

Our team will assess the dispute fairly based on evidence from both parties.

 

4. Time Limit for Refund Requests

  • Buyers must raise a refund or dispute request within 1 days of delivery.

  • After this window, funds will be automatically released to the seller unless a dispute is already active.

 

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, the buyer will receive the refunded amount via:

  • The original payment method, or

  • 1deal1 wallet (for faster or internal use)

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (usually 1–2 business days).

 

6. Final Decision

All decisions made by 1deal1.com regarding refunds and disputes are final and binding. Our goal is always to protect both parties fairly and prevent abuse of the system.
